Cape Aloe & Propolis Day Cream (Normal/Dry Skin)
A unique synergy has been achieved with this unusual day moisturising cream which harnesses the powerful healing properties of the by-products of the beehive; Beeswax, organic Honey and Propolis, as well as some soothing Cape Aloe. Exquisitely scented with Vanilla, it is one of the Victorian Garden's most popular products.
- Suitable for combination skin
- This face cream is best applied within five minutes after cleansing when the skin is warm and more absorbent.
Rosehip & Cape Aloe Night Cream (Normal/Dry Skin)
A highly nutritious non oily night cream to nourish and calm the skin. Shea Butter and Rosehip speed cellular regeneration, soften wrinkles and help reduce the signs of ageing, Cape Aloe, a high performance moisturiser has the outstanding property of immediately reducing skin irritation after sunburn and facial waxing.

**Component of essential oilsA note from our supplier: Pentylene Glycol has a zero listed hazard rating in Cosmetic Data Base and there are 23 published articles which provide interesting data and note studies done back in the 1970’s – in all of these, there was only one case listed of Dermatitis in Belgium and two cases in Cleveland, Ohio, in which the use of a topical cream containing Pentylene Glycol was suspected (not determined) to be the cause of the Dermatitis. www.ewg.org (Skin Deep Data Base) rates Pentylene Glycol as zero hazard. On www.goodguide.com it is listed as having no health concerns and is not on their list of hazardous ingredients. We use Pentylene Glycol only in our creams and lotions, which contain a higher water content and therefore need a proven strong preservative, and we consider it to be the safest and healthiest preservative currently available in the absence of a reliable natural preservative.

e not greasy or oily, but do feel moisturising with breathability. They don typically lead to breakouts, which is often a problem for me with moisturisers. The Day Cream is really nice - makeup doesn slide off it, nor does your skin feel taut and waxy. The Night Cream is just lush enough, without oiling your pillow - unless you go wild with the application!
My only criticism is that they used to come in lovely little jars as shown in the photo, but on my most recent order they came in plastic tubes. This rather detracts from the spoil factor! (Ive reused my old jars because I don like my face cream in a toothpaste tube!)
