Job Title: Website and Product Catalogue Administrator

As Website and Product Catalogue Administrator (PCA) you will be responsible for overseeing the organised uploading, categorising and housing of our extensive range of over 11 000 natural and organic products enabling our customers to easily find the products they are searching for through our website navigation and thereby being part of the critical process in ensuring a seamless customer service and shopping experience with FTN. You will be liaising directly with our Head of Content and Head of Merchandising in your quest for excellent product pages, categorisation and search.

Specifically, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing the incoming New Products sheet and upload requirements
  • Uploading of new product copy, allocation to categories and correct keywording
  • Quality assessment of keywords and categories for easy cross product search
  • Overseeing the specials process
  • Setting specials prices and uploading specials to the site
  • Ensuring product pricing and links in newsletter spreadsheet are accurate
  • Liaising with various departments for required product information updates
  • Quality assess categories and cross site category banners
  • Vital link between Marketing team functionalities and merchandising team

  • Proven working record as product catalogue administrator (2 years minimum)
  • Work experience in either retail or e-commerce (ideally both)
  • Ability to oversee a wide range of elements and keep track of changing details
  • Good command of the English Language

  • Self-driven and enjoy actioning initiatives and improvements
  • Detail oriented (dot your i’s and cross your t’s type of person)
  • Fastidious in systems and cataloguing
  • Exacting and meticulous work flow with bulk information upload

Job Title: Junior Photographer / Videographer

We are on the lookout for a Junior Photographer/Videographer.

Main Duties:

  • Capture and process images until you achieve desired results
  • Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods
  • Use and maintain equipment (cameras, lenses etc)
  • Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
  • Archive photographic images and maintain database
  • Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures
  • Film product unboxing and short interview / how to videos
  • Edit videos to be used on various platforms


  • Eye-catching portfolio
  • Proficient with modern equipment
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and adobe Video editing tools advantageous
  • Shooting, lighting and printing skills
  • Competency in applying best practices and techniques
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability and willing to assist with Graphic Design advantageous

Job Description:

The role of the community manager will be expected to create, plan, manage and grow Faithful to Nature’s presence on social media, blogs and other relevant online properties.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating content

  • Writing and creating all material for social media channels
  • Making sure content is relevant, engaging and sharable
  • Keeping abreast of industry related events and conversations

Social Media Marketing:

  • Creating, planning, managing and growing FTN’s presence through blogs, social media and other relevant online properties
  • Build engagement and loyal following on all platforms
  • Increase followers
  • Managing and executing paid for campaigns to increase traffic to the website
  • Monetize platforms appropriately

Blogger Engagement:

  • Exploring new opportunities with bloggers and influencers
  • Seeking out potential partnerships or reciprocal marketing collaborations

Events and Sponsorship:

  • Attending FTN and industry events and planning potential meet-ups for our community
  • Managing sponsorship or involvement of FTN at relevant and exciting opportunities

Public Relations:

  • Managing incoming media requests and sharing relevant coverage on our social media channels.

Customer relations:

  • Managing all customer queries on social media channels


  • Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives


  • Minimum two years’ proven experience working for a retail e-commerce brand
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media campaigns as well as bloggers
  • Creative and innovative individual
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and measurement


Job Title: Buying and Merchandising Administrator

Main Duties:

Assistance to Buying:

  • Set to NBO and/or hide long term out of stock products from the site
  • Drive to improve payment terms and delivery cost
  • Booking of collections
  • Manage expiry dates, returns and specials around expired products
  • Fulfil buying function in case main buyer is not able to
  • Coordinate packaging changes

Assistance to Merchandising:

  • Supplier price comparison analysis
  • Ensure all wholesale prices are accurate
  • Market research for new products
  • Coordinate information flow (pictures and ingredients) in new products process
  • Supplier communication around specials, requesting, sales recons etc.
  • Briefing and admin of specials
  • Ad hoc requests from Merchandiser
  • Manage samples stock and communication around it with suppliers

It would be to your advantage if you:

  • Ensure missing invoices are kept to a minimum
  • Coordinate packaging and content changes with intake and content team


  • Have experience in buying and/or merchandising, with great communication and negotiation skills.
