- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g cream
- 3-4 tbsp chia seeds
- 250ml milk of choice
- 20 maple syrup or honey
- 10ml olive oil
- 5ml vanilla extract
- Dried pineapple
- Fresh berries
- Chop the dark chocolate into fine pieces
- Heat up the cream and pour it over chopped chocolate, mix and let it set in the fridge.
- Layer the chia pudding, chocolate ganache and dried pineapple and fresh berries.
- Allow it to set. It takes approximately one hour.
