Delicious “Blender” Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:


METHOD:


  1. Preheat your oven to 200° C.
  2. Throw all your ingredients into a blender until smooth. 
  3. Bake for 45 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm as is or with a swipe of butter of your choosing.

    Hi there,
    I would like to try your banana bread recipe, but in the ingredients, you write Baking powder, but without the amount.

    How much baking powder must you put in?

      It’s one teaspoon Joy! Apologies for leaving that out – we’ve added it to the recipe ingredients.

    Please advise. The recipe says baking powder but doesn’t indicate how much should be used.

      Thanks for pointing that out Desre! We have amended the amounts on the recipe. 1 teaspoon baking powder should be used.
