A note from our supplier: Pentylene Glycol has a zero listed hazard rating in Cosmetic Data Base and there are 23 published articles which provide interesting data and note studies done back in the 1970’s – in all of these, there was only one case listed of Dermatitis in Belgium and two cases in Cleveland, Ohio, in which the use of a topical cream containing Pentylene Glycol was suspected (not determined) to be the cause of the Dermatitis. (Skin Deep Data Base) rates Pentylene Glycol as zero hazard. On  it is listed as having no health concerns and is not on their list of hazardous ingredients. We use Pentylene Glycol only in our creams and lotions, which contain a higher water content and therefore need a proven strong preservative, and we consider it to be the safest and healthiest preservative currently available in the absence of a reliable natural preservative.

It's helpful for my daughter's intermediate eczema patches, the worse ones need cortisone or something else - still looking for the right thing. I would suggest an aqueous based cream under this to rehydrate, as this is oil-based.

Still the best best eczema product on the market, only product I will recommend. It works.

Yep, I still love this! It soothes the itching and it helps the skin to heal without making it feel clammy or blocked which over greasy / petroleum creams do which just leads to more scratching! Highly recommended. Wish it came in bigger containers.

I have tried every product (chemical, natural) for intermittent eczema flare ups. This is the only one that has both soothed the itch and helped the skin to heal. It's not a miracle cure, but it is a huge help - which when you're a desperate scratching lunatic, is pretty much the same thing!

Lovely product. Only thing that works for the eczema on my eyelids. I am however sad that the packaging has changed. It used to come in a beautiful glass container as shown in the picture. The actual packaging however is much more underwhelming

I use this as a moisturiser. I get a strange dermatitis and by washing my skin with bicarb and then using this product, I've been pretty skin problem-free for two years.

My mother in law really struggles with psoriasis and this really helped soothe them

My son battles with eczema on his hands, especially in winter. Within a few days the angry red patches have disappeared and healed beautifully. He carries it with him wherever he goes. Helps every time.

After several ointments prescribed by my doctor this really help for my eczema combined with the Bee-natural face cream. Dons feel bad using it often because it is so natural. I can see how it works, takes about 2 weeks.

A friend recommended this cream to me and its been amazingly helpful. Within a week my red, itchy eczema was almost completely gone and two weeks later I only need to put a small amount of cream on once a day to keep it away.

I have struggled with eczema for many years. This cream soothed my skin almost immediately and within 1 week my skin started to heal. I would definitely recommend it.

this cream does work, but perhaps only for certain types of eczema (judging from some of the other reviews). It certainly works for me and I love the texture and how quickly it absorbs.

I was looking for a nourishing eczema cream for my poor hands, something moisturising that was not an ointment, something I could use during the day when dealing with people (nothing worse than greasy ointment covered hands at work...)
Having researched essential oils and everything else, I decided to try this cream, as it contains many of the ingredients I had been researching.
As another reviewer noted, its not a miracle cure for me, but I have not had any side effects either, so thats a win.
My only complaint about this cream is that it is a little sticky, and not as moisturising as I had hoped.
But everyones eczema is different, and what works for one person will not necessarily work for another!

No negative effects but no miracle cream either.

I didn notice any effects on my eczema...Disappointing because it claims to be very helpful.

We were in South Africa for a holiday over Christmas and my 2 year old daughter was having trouble with eczema (it is worse here in Canada over the winter). Somebody suggested finding a honey propolis cream. Ive been using it faithfully and her eczema is almost completely gone. Where it had been the most troublesome is where there are still a few small patches but even those seem to be on there way out. I wish I had bought a suitcase full of this lotion while in SA. Will have trouble finding a product as good here in Canada!

Unfortunately this product doesn help for eczema at all. In fact it made my husbands face just get more red and dry! :( With natural products its always a try and see if it will work for you kind of game. Hopefully it helps others!
