CBD, Lime & Coconut Smoothie

Serves 1



  1. This smoothie is like having a pina colada and chilling in the sun on an island. Mix the chia seeds, coconut nectar honey and half the coconut milk together and pour into a serving glass.
  2. In a blender pop in the banana, CBD, lime, the rest of the coconut milk and the water and blend until smooth.
  3. Add on top of the chia seed mix (You can also choose to add this all into the blender, instead of layering it)
  4. If you want to you can toast some coconut flakes and add the coconut and lime zest on top of the smoothie.
