31 Aug CBD, Lime & Coconut Smoothie
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1/3 tin organic coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut nectar honey
- 1 large banana frozen
- 1 dropper CBD
- ½ lime
- ¼ cup water
- Optional: Toasted coconut flakes and lime zest
- This smoothie is like having a pina colada and chilling in the sun on an island. Mix the chia seeds, coconut nectar honey and half the coconut milk together and pour into a serving glass.
- In a blender pop in the banana, CBD, lime, the rest of the coconut milk and the water and blend until smooth.
- Add on top of the chia seed mix (You can also choose to add this all into the blender, instead of layering it)
- If you want to you can toast some coconut flakes and add the coconut and lime zest on top of the smoothie.
