FAITHFUL TO NATURE OPENS THEIR FIRST-EVER PHYSICAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS STORE
After 13 years of operating as an online store, we have finally responded to thousands of requests from you to be able to explore our warehouse, and have decided to take a portion of our online offering and create our first-ever physical store. The store, situated at our warehouse in Muizenberg, is a physical space where customers are able to browse freely and get product and purchasing advice.
The store is run by two knowledgeable and informed FTN female staff members and is filled withtop performing products across health, body and beauty, food, household cleaning and waste-free lifestyle essentials. The great thing about it is that it’s attached to our warehouse, so if the product is not on the shelf, we’re able to grab it from the warehouse & process it for immediate purchase. Essentially — everything that is available online is available in-store. All Click & Collect orders can be collected at the cash desk.
Katrien Grobler, CEO at Faithful to Nature, says, “We are delighted to open the doors of our home store in Capricorn Business Park. It really allows our much-loved consumers to come in, touch and feel our products and get face-to-face advice on what is best for their health, home, family and environment. Doing good for yourself and the planet has become a major consumer need, which of course is great news! At Faithful to Nature we want to encourage South African’s to make every effort, great or small, to improve their lives and their impact on the planet. Small changes are a great beginning and we cannot only applaud grand gestures but must encourage South Africans just to start somewhere. Faithful to Nature only stocks carefully curated products that pass our very strict ingredient policy, so consumers can use them and know that we have done the hard work for them!”
We will be operating, 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, and can be found at 57 Capricorn Drive, Muizenberg.
