Canellini Bean & Cauliflower Mash
- 1 cup cooked cauliflower florets
- 3 roasted garlic cloves (roast with butternut)
- 1 cup cannellini beans
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3-5 tbsp coconut cream (depending on thickness and blender speed)
