Can you sub the coconut drink/lite milk with almond milk? Thanks!

You could replace the coconut milk with Almond milk, but the reason for coconut milk being used is because of it’s good fat content. The curcumin in turmeric is fat-soluble, so pairing it with a high-fat substance helps it to be absorbed by the body so that the benefits are maximised.
