Both my daughter and I are in agony from 2 hours of being in the sun with this sunscreen, we are so burnt. I am so angry and disappointed, this is definitely NO sunscreen.
Luckily we used another brand in our face which provided total protection.

She had a very bad sunburn.30/10/2019, By KarenI used the sunscreen as a zinc oxide-only alternative as my skin is sensitive to regular sunscreen. It didn't aggravate my skin. However, we hiked 14km through mostly forested terrain on an overcast day in 30 degrees with humidity. I reapplied several times over the 5,5 hours. I did not come home sunburnt (but rather sun-kissed), so am doubtful as to how this will hold up in severe, direct sunlight. But i would say a good, gentle day-to-day sunscreen for mild sun exposure. (The product clearly states that this is a sunscreen and NOT a sunblock)

I got such bad sunburn after using the Mango Butter sunscreen which has the same supposed "SPF". Posting on their site is useless as they will of course only allow the positive reviews to be published. They need to be evaluated by some set of standards. Sun protection is not a joke and should not be taken lightly!08/02/2019, By ToniDelighted to find a sunscreen that works instantly. Spoiling my hands. Ordinary sunscreen is useless if you’re dishes, working with water and have to dash out. And besides waiting, sunscreens are usually greasy, which is an additional hassle adding my rings to my hands.

It has no SPF rating and cannot be relied upon. It is not proven to comply with any of South Africas National Standards (SANS) for broad spectrum protection, or COLIPA (the European body that overseas cosmetics) or the TGA (Australia) or the FDA.
I have not bought this product from Faithful to Nature, but a friend did and didn like it.

I have a more olive skin so do not burn too easily. Tried quiet a few natural sunscreens available and all of them left a heavy white residue on skin. Hey Gorgeous leaves no white marks on skin at all. It smells amazing, does a very good job as a sunscreen (provided you apply it every few hours, just like you would with normal sunscreen) and it moisturises skin beautifully.21/08/2015, By TanyaI was advised that this product is suitable for babies older than 6 months old. It had a really nice smell but I quickly noticed that I had a rash come up as well as on my baby. Sorry I wouldn use it again.
