Directions:
- To Cleanse: Pump into wet hands or sponge. Work into a soft lather and wash all over. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with All Over Lotion.
- To Shampoo: Pump into wet hands, apply to hair and work into a lather. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Suitable for daily use.

It increases your risk of inflammation, oxidative stress, obesity, ADHD and Allergies among other issues. Not sure why this product would be rated safe and organic with this toxin as part of the ingredients!
