- Aqua, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Prunus amygdalus dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Castor Oil Benzoate, Glycerin, Sodium Hydroxide, Sorbitol, Sorbitan Oleate (Glycerin Soap Base), Cera Alba (Beeswax), Propolis, Honey, Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos).

It smells great and isn’t drying but it does have actual bits of fynbos (small sticks) in it. So if you’re after an exfoliating soap then this could be good but I am more keen on a soft smooth soap.
