- With clean fingers, rub a pea-sized amount under each armpit.
- Apply to clean, dry skin.

Takes some time to get used to the idea of applying it to your underarms with fingertips but totally worth it! All the scents I've tried is delicious and no stank after no matter how hot it is, how hard I've worked out or even during hormonal shifts.. Highly recommend
