Directions:
- Rub in well twice daily.
- Can be used for stiff joints & muscles, rheumatics, body pains, headaches, burning feet, sinuses and colds.

Special Notice: This product is heat sensitive. It will melt at body surface temperature (35°C), keep the container upright to avoid spilling or leaking. If the product has been subjected to heat, simply use the back of a wooden spoon to mix the actives back into the balm.

- Store in a cool (<26°C), dry place out of direct sunlight.

I use it for absolutely everything, from bruises and scratches, to sore muscles, mosquito bites, skin rashes and I even used it to prevent bed sores when my family member was sick.
