15/10/2025, By RpenOne of the only multivitamins I’ve found that is balanced based off the daily recommended intakes of nutrients. When I take other multivitamins I tend to get cellulite and weight gain because they over do it with different nutrients like vitamin d or some or all of the B vitamins. We eat food throughout the day, we get sunlight when we leave the house, we just want a supplement to fill in the gaps not overload our bodies and wear it down by processing all the excess that other multivitamins add in. Strangely taking this multivitamin seems to balance my deficiencies probably because it is so balanced. Vitamin d and b12 and iron all come back into range after a few months of use. I take algae omega with a 2:1 ratio first thing in the morning and at night before bed. This multivitamin with my first meal of the day, and 2-3 beef liver capsules at dinner and I’ve never felt better.27/02/2025, By JeanineOrdering from FtN is always a joy.
