22 Jul Easy Vegan HEMP AND GARLIC White Sauce
If you’ve only just recently switched to vegan food or are trying to cut out more dairy, you might be pleased to know you can still whip up a deliciously creamy white sauce for pasta or veggie burgers. This recipe comes to you straight from the folds of Peter and Beryn’s The Magic of Superfoods and is not only rich in flavour but also packed with health.
This tastes amazing drizzled over fresh or slightly steamed veggies and can also be used as the sauce for coating kale chips.
If you’d like to heat this sauce you can do so on very low heat, bearing in mind that if you follow a raw food diet, not to let the sauce heat up beyond 47 º C.
