INGREDIENTS:
- 1 TBSP ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
- 1 TBSP Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 TBSP Honey
- 1 Cup Hot Water
METHOD:
Combine all the ingredients together, give it a good stir to make sure it’s blended and drink first thing in the morning. Wait 30 minutes for your coffee or brekkie for it to be most effective.
You’ll start to feel the effects in about 4 days – your gut feels lighter, your energy levels are higher, your skin is clearer and everything starts to operate on a more insync level.
