Directions:
- First, work the upper lashes, holding the brush horizontally closer to the root, and then move up in a stretching motion.
- Emphasise the outer part to enlarge the eye and centre for a more open look.
- If the brush is too loaded, remove the excess with a tissue, but not on the edge of the tube.
