The taste is horrible, but it's a small sacrifice to make to get something healthy for your gums and teeth. It is expensive, but then again, I'm so used to everything healthy being expensive. So far it works great for sensitive teeth, sore gums and general dental health. The taste is musky and slightly salty, and may take some getting used to.
