Directions:

• Shake well.
• Place about 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth & gently swish it around.
• Push the oil between your teeth & around your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes.
• For better results, gradually increase the time period up to 15 minutes or as long as it is comfortable.
• Spit the contents out when done and discard the oil into the trash to avoid clogging pipes.
• Oil pulling should be practised either first thing in the morning or last thing before bed.
• If the bottle's contents have hardened, dunk the unopened bottle in warm water to soften it.

Caution:

• Not recommended for children below 12 years or pregnant individuals.
• Do not spit coconut oil into the basin, as hardened coconut oil may block drains.
• Do not swallow the contents.
• Do not use it if you are allergic to any of its Ingredients.
• Natural Turmeric is naturally staining.
• Always brush your teeth and spit into the basin, followed by running water to avoid staining the wash basin.
• Discontinue use immediately if your body has an adverse reaction to oil pulling.

Please Note:

• Coconut Oil always hardens with a drop in temperature. During cooler periods, the contents of your bottle may arrive hardened.
• This is NOT a fault with the product but an inherent property of natural Coconut Oil.
• If this happens, simply dunk your bottle in warm water before use.
• Do not microwave the bottle.
