Directions for Use
- SuperThrive can be used in smoothies, tea, lattes, breakfast, or any kitchen creation of your choice.
Recommended Daily Dosage
- 1tsp – 2tbsp.
- For best results, use with warm spring water.
Hot Drink
- Add 2tsp SuperThrive and 1tsp honey to hot water.
- Stir well and enjoy.
Smoothie
- Combine 1-2tbsp SuperThrive with 1 L spring water, 1tbsp chia, ½ avocado, 3 dates, a pinch of salt, and vanilla powder.
- Blend well and enjoy.
