Olio DIM Complex

Thermal breast scans showed "cloudiness" in my left breast. I was recommended to take DIM, do an old-fashioned liver cleanse (Dr Hulda Clark's protocols with olive oil, epsom salts and grapefruit) and do regular lymph drainage. Have done so, and three months later my scan showed an 80% improvement! I believe the combination of all these are what brouth results, but DIM is a definitive part thereof!

After the first 2 weeks I noticed no difference like other reviewers said they had. After a month, still no difference. I contacted Olio directly & asked if I should continue if I've seen zero results so far except a messed up period (which I had never struggled with before). They advised me to continue. About halfway through month 2, I finally noticed a change in my skin. After having tried literally everything I could think of to treat my adult acne naturally (13 years of suffering), this was my last hope before Accutane. I'm on bottle 4 now taking, 1 in AM & 1 in PM & my face is completely clear (except the scarring that's left). I must be honest, I had my doubts but this product is amazing

I struggled with heavy and long menstrua periods and after using this my period is normal. Awesome Product!

This is my son's second month of using these and I can't say that I've noticed any noteworthy improvement in his skin yet, so let's see what it looks like at the end of this bottle.

Used this for a month in conjunction with a homeopathic remedy and the cystic acne has gone away. Still have pimples and blemishes but it's so much better. Would definitely consider it again.

Through the first month of using this product I did not notice any changes until about two weeks after that. My acne had just calmed down so much and I have been using it for three months. It did not improve my skin texture but acne has stopped. I use one tablet a day to avoid side effects.

I've learnt about the benefits of using DIM through Dr. Eric Berg. He mentioned that DIM supports the liver as it may detoxify/remove excess hormones when there's an estrogen dominance. I'm 52 years old and fighting the hot flashes. I reckoned that I may as well give DIM a try. After the second day and night of using the product, I'm sleeping so much better as I don't get woken up by the hot flashes any more.

I am still in shock at how well this worked. I got off the pill in 2021 and I hadn't had my period in 1 year and 2 months. I went to the gynae 5 months in and she told me I was healthy and that I should wait it out. Well, I waited a year and still nothing. I've eaten healthy, worked out but still nothing. To make thinbs worse, my weight didn't budge. It felt like I was working against my own body.As part of my healthy journey, I decided to get better quality multivitamins on here. Granted, most reviews were for cystic acne but I figured if it could help with cystic acne then it must be doing something hornonally. I was ready to try anything at that point. With no prior knowledge on DIM, I purchased. They arrived 3 days later. Day 1: I took one in the evening and went to bed. Day 2: I took another in the morning. I started spotting in the evening before I'd even taken the second one! I cried tears of joy. I didnt realise how much this was affecting me mentally until that point. I am currently on my period (Day 3).

This product is amazing!! I wish I could give it 10 stars. I'm not sure why more gynaecologists don't prescribe it as a solution. I will be stocking up to help balance my hormones and reduce my estrogen levels. Absolutely incredible.

Before using this product, I had TERRIBLE, persistent cystic acne along my jawline that just wouldn't clear. I was even on an antibiotic for my skin for three months which did absolutely nothing.
I've now used this product for a month and my skin is looking 99% clear. It's noticeably better and improving every day. My appetite has also decreased quite a bit so I do not stress eat. Definitely going to continue using this.

How come I found this product so late after struggling with menstrual cramps from a teenager till recently. Luckily for the past two month it's history I believe. Personally I can say with most honesty this is a Game Changer. This is my second month on the pill and I didn't had to take my usual pain killers cause my period cramps was let's say 90% normal since years. The 10% cramps was just from blood flow and was normal. I am definitely sticking with this Product. And, yes it does help with acne which is also a struggle for me and it cleanses me so it balances my weight.

I have noticed a massive difference in my estrogen legal (my skin / hair and weight) and any excess fat I had this has been great. I also find the turmeric and pomegranate in here helps with inflammation

Great at reducing inflammation in my skin. As for the hormonal part, I still have to give some time, but it looks like it is doing its job well. Just make sure you drink enough water as stated.

I have finally found something that has helped with my hormonal breakouts! For years I have tried different creams and pills to try and fix my breakouts.. Already after my first bottle I don’t have any cystic pimples and I’ve even lost some weight so I think the DIM has balanced my hormone too… I will defiantly recommend this to everyone
