Vegan Banting Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Add the cocoa powder & xylitol to the coconut cream.
  • Blend well using a stick blender, until smooth & creamy.
  • Add the vanilla extract. Blend again.
  • Pour into containers & freeze until set.
  • Serve & enjoy!
