I didn't want to use NSAIDs constantly as it doesn't deal with the problem, just the symptoms, and since I've used Moringa in capsule form x 4 a day, my joint aches and pains have greatly diminished in both occurrence and duration. It's not entirely gone, because I don't have my diet shaped up yet, but when I do have a flare up, I will take one anti-inflammatory dose and it tends to go away. That said, I'm in the beginning of my arthritis journey, so it might not work for people who are farther down the road.
I haven't noticed any other health boosting properties, but then again, I haven't had flu since Lockdown...
