Please Note: Keep your bread premix refrigerated.
To bake 1 loaf, 6 large muffins or 12 small muffins:
- 230g Banting Basket Bread Premix
- 5 eggs
- 5Tbsp melted coconut oil
- Place the bread mix into a large bowl, add the oil & the eggs. Mix well.
- The consistency will be like a thick pouring batter. Pour into a greased loaf/ muffin pan.
- Bake at 180°, approx. 1 hour for bread, or 40 minutes for muffins.
- Add your favourite toppings & enjoy!
