Directions:

- Sfera Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex can have side effects. The most common side-effects are dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, stomach upset, itching, rash and dry mouth.
- Do not take Sfera Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to Mushrooms.
- Children and adolescents: Not recommended for children under the age of 18 years.
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Do not use Sfera Full Spectrum Mushroom Complex during pregnancy and lactation.

One vegetarian capsule provides: Lentinula edodes (Shiitake Mushroom) [fruiting body, water Ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps Mushroom) [fruiting body, water Ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi Mushroom) [fruiting body, water Ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Grifola frondosa (Maitake Mushroom) [fruiting body, water Ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg, Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane Mushroom) [fruiting body, water Ethanol extract 10:1] 100 mg.
Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline Cellulose. -
