Lime and Blueberry Layered Nice Cream
For the Lime layer:
2 frozen bananas
Raw C coconut water (as much as you like, to your desired consistency)
Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
2 Tbsp coconut cream
1/2 tsp of your favourite green superfoodsWizz all Ingredients until smooth
For the Blueberry layer:
2 frozen bananas
Raw C coconut water (as much as you like, to your desired consistency)
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 Tbsp Acai powder
1 Tbsp Chia SeedsWizz all ingredients until smooth
Layer these two yummy flavours in a glass and top with delish things like Blueberries, puffed quinoa, coconut yoghurt and molasses.
