Directions:
- Rinse millet well through a sieve and move to a pot.
- To 1 cup of millet, add 2 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil, cover, reduce the heat and simmer for 18 - 20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, fluff with a fork and allow to stand, covered, for 5 - 10 minutes.
- Finish it off as something sweet or savoury.
- Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Reseal after use.
