Directions:
- Can be used for cooking and baking.
- To make a batter: Mix 1 cup buckwheat flour, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and 1⁄4 tsp salt with 11⁄2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Scoop 1⁄4 cup batter onto a heated pan and cook until golden; flip and cook on the other side.

- Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
- Reseal or store in an airtight container.
