MAN DID THIS PRODUCT PROVE ME WRONG! I used it 2 weeks before my period, when my period eventualy came it was a walk in the park. Not painful as usual just a tiny TINY cramp and that was it. If I did feel a cramp I just doubled my dose and that was it! This product DOES help with period pains but you obviously have to be consistent with it before your period and every womens body is different.
Will see if it regulates my period as Im only purchasing my second bottle. Really good price.
