A few squirts in the palm of my hand is all that is required, to cover my hair all over and it leaves it feeling soft and tangle free. I have very long fine curly hair and it was easy to comb the conditioner through. Im sure I still had flakes on my scalp as I suffer from dry scalp but it wasn visible after using this conditioner. I rinsed it out and let my hair dry naturally, couldn believe how defined and tight my curls were without any product.
