Directions:
- When used as a spot treatment, apply it to oily spots. Breathe should bring any underlying congestion to the surface overnight.
- When used to assist congestion relief: Use when suffering from colds, blocked noses, or allergies to relieve congestion. It can also help with the relief of snoring when congestion or allergies are to blame.
- When used with babies when breastfeeding, apply to the breast area where the baby's nose will be. Do not apply to the nipple, as the taste will be bitter.
- When used on feet: Use to soften calloused skin, making dry skin removal more manageable.
