12/07/2025, By JenineI have the cbs mutation and it’s been a journey to discovering that and finding balance in my body. Unexplained dryness, no amount of water would hydrate, fatigue or cloudy mind out of no where, developed stomach issues and reoccurring infections around ovulation, when I got into my late 30s and 40s with food sensitivities. I tested for electrolyte imbalances, autoimmune, gluten intolerance, etc. Nope! Just cbs which triggered sulfur sensitivities and over methylation from eating too healthy for that mutation lol. Now that I understand, it’s easy to take care of my body. Molybdenum and manganese twice per day are huge for this. Vitamin c to clear histamine and my body craves collagen since I go lighter on the animal proteins as part of my protocol. I also get bad hormone swings if I take regular vitamin c pure it’s all higher pills and hard to take a small amount. This collagen supplement is the best! It has just the right amount of vitamin c my hormones don’t swing because of it and it clears my head and energy. I take one capsule after I wake up and one in the evening. Wow to hydrating my body and keeping my skin and nails youthful too.
