Health Connection gives you a convenient, nutrient-rich alternative to self-raising wheat flour. This gluten-free self-raising flour mix is made with a blend of rice, potato and buckwheat flours. You can use this flour to bake gluten-free bread, cakes, muffins and biscuits. This natural Health Connection flour blend already includes raising agents, so there’s no need to add baking soda. A handy multi-purpose flour for gluten-free family kitchens.

Please Note: When using this flour in a recipe, it may require a little more liquid than a wheat-based flour.

Recipe for One Bowl Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake:


  • Line a baking pan with a little Coconut Oil or a sheet of wax baking paper. Set aside.
  • Mix the flour, Cocoa, Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda & Guar Gum together in a bowl.
  • Mix in the Coconut Oil, vinegar, Vanilla, egg & water until thoroughly combined.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared pan & at 350°F for 30-35.
  • Cool on a wire rack. Slice, serve & enjoy!

We used this with yogurt to make pizza bases and it worked well. Makes it a bit crumbly but it worked well enough.
