I drink Rosehip for the vitamin C, of which it is one of the best, naturally. For stress, for the skin and also, being Rosehip, for the long-term health of the Kidneys.
I use Rosehip in a mix but a cup of this Rosehip first in the morning is a welcomed greeting to the day.
