31/07/2025, By CatherineThis Honey Mead Vinegar has genuinely surprised me—not sharp or overpowering like some vinegars can be. I’ve used it in my salads and cooking, especially in marinades. My all time favourite is of course adding it to my warm morning drink (goodbye ACV)! You can really taste the care and craft behind it. Simple, special, and something I’ll definitely keep coming back to :)
