31/10/2024, By cewI use it to strain my yogurt, works perfectly. One thing is you need to double it as the whey came out but when I twist the fabric, some of the yogurt came out too but it works perfectly though.

Folded it double to make some cream cheese. Turned it into a very rich cheesecake. Nom.
It's a bit difficult to wash though and takes long to dry after washing.08/10/2018, By AlexandraGreat - I used it to make ricotta cheese and it worked perfectly. Rinsed and dried and then a few weeks later sterilised in boiling water and used again. Worth the price as it is re-usable.
