Directions:

• Wash fermentation kit with warm soapy water, rinse with hot water & air dry.
• Prepare your vegetables and brine.
• Place vegetables inside the fermentation jar as per included instructions.
• Place the fermentation weights on top of your vegetables. Ensure that they are fully submerged beneath the brine.
• Close the jar with the fermentation/ pickling pipe lid until the fermentation process is complete.

• When unopened/ not in use, this product can be stored anywhere.
