I have been offering free Instagram Live classes every Tuesday and Friday, these classes are open to all levels. As a developing Yoga teacher, my aim is to be able to offer a fun and feel-good practice during this time for free, making it accessible to everyone, and encouraging people to get on their mats, and move and breathe.

Each class includes intention setting, sometimes an element of free or intuitive movement, and often a discussion around the benefits and meaning behind some of the poses. I like people to leave the mat feeling good but also like they have learnt something. Classes are available in ‘Live’ section of  Instagram stories’ for 24 hours afterwards, making it convenient to practice at your own leisure during the course of that day.
