Directions:
- For children aged 1 - 11 years old, apply to wrists and inhale deeply.
- Apply to the back of the neck, along the spine, and/or the bottom of the feet 30 minutes before bedtime.
Caution:

- If under a doctor’s care, consult your doctor before use.
- Keep out of eyes, inner ears, open wounds or sensitive areas.
- Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays to the applied area for 12 hours after use if the blend contains citrus oils.
