Directions:
Diffusing:- Diffuse 10-12 drops of The Miley Blend in your Aromatherapy Diffuser or add to your Diffuser Jewellery.
Topical Application:
- Dilute this essential oil blend with your preferred carrier oil (Amala recommends Fractionated Coconut Oil) and add the dilution to a roller bottle.
- Apply it to your pulse points (temples, wrists, behind the ears and on the soles of the feet).
- Alternatively, add to Jojoba Oil at a 2% dilution to use as a massage oil.
Caution:
- Possible skin sensitivity.
- Not for children under 12 years old.
- If you are pregnant or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician before use.
- Keep out of eyes, inner ears, open wounds or sensitive areas.
- Avoid direct sunlight or UV rays to the applied area for 12 hours after use if the blend contains citrus oils.
