How to Use
- Add one cup raw millet to a medium sized saucepan
- Toast the millet in a saucepan for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown
- Add two cups water or vegetable broth with a pinch of Salt, stir and bring water to a rapid boil
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed
