Directions:
- Stir one part Polenta into one part boiling water in a saucepan and bring to the boil . Cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir continuously until it is smooth.
- Use in place of pasta, rice, potatoes or breadcrumbs.
Cooking Tip:
- 1 cup (250ml) of raw polenta makes 4 cups (1l) of cooked Polenta.
- One serving is usually 1/2 cup (125ml) cooked Polenta.
Care Instructions:
- Seal tightly and store in a cool, dry place before and after opening.
