Did you know? The Real Thing ACV has a cloudy appearance due to the presence of the “Mother” of vinegar. The Mother consists of natural carbohydrate cells and beneficial bacteria; it develops in alcoholic liquids that undergo fermentation. ACV containing the Mother is truly “alive” and packed with nourishment.
Directions- As a supplement, take 2Tbsp (30ml) in a glass of water before each meal (can be sweetened with honey).
- Use as an ingredient in vinaigrettes or marinades.
- Use as a facial toner or hair rinse.
