Directions:
- Mix sachet contents with at least 700ml or 750ml water. Shake to dissolve. Add more water to suit your taste.
- 1 sachet per day for Low Carb diets or intermittent fasting. 1 sachet per 2 hours of intensive exercise
- Do not exceed 2 sachets per day (except for endurance sport events)
- Due to the high sodium content, this product is not suitable for children

I have high blood pressure and was worried it would be bad for me, but after discussion with my nutritionist, some emailing conversations with the company and some kidney tests we discovered it was having NO impact on my BP. I use it on training days and daily when on a keto diet. Some nice experiences include avoiding hangover symptoms after a couple glasses of wine (this stuff hydrates like nothing else) and I'm, for the first time in my life, consistently drinking 2l of water a day because of this. Helps with cravings and cramps and symptoms of detoxing too. I mix mine into 1.5l of water because its very strong.
