Directions:
- Mix sachet powder with 750ml water, shake or stir well.
- Add more water to suit the taste.
- Consume within 12 hours after mixing with water.
- Alternatively, keep refrigerated for up to 36 hours.
- Use 1 x sachet per day for low-carb diets, intermittent fasting or moderate exercise.
- Use 1 x sachet per 2 hours of intensive exercise.
- Do not exceed 3 sachets per day (except for endurance sports events).
Caution:
- Do not use if you have hypertension, kidney disease or take diuretic medication.
- This product has a high sodium content.
