Directions:

- 4 to 7 years: 3 sprays 3 times daily

We’ve been using it for a week now, so can’t really say if there’s any noticeable difference? We’ll continue using it18/01/2023, By FarahI was very disappointed as the product is advertised as a spray and the dosage to be given to your toddler is in sprays. I received the product and and it does not have a spray nozzle. When I queries this, I was told that I needed to buy the spray nozzle separately, but no where on the website does it tell you this.13/05/2022, By KathrynNot the greatest tasting but my 4 and 7 year old accepted it with no problems. Noticed a difference in their energy levels and appetite so I think it did the job????
