Directions:

• Mix one heaped scoop (29g) with 150 - 200ml of water, milk, or your favourite beverage in a shaker bottle or blender.
• Shake or blend until the powder is fully dissolved.
• Consume one to two servings per day, preferably post-workout or as a snack in between meals.
• Adjust the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency and taste.
