Directions:
- Adults: For oral consumption, add 1 - 2 tablespoons (15 - 30ml) in hot water or soak overnight.
- Blend in with your favourite smoothie or drink and use 1 - 2 x per day.
- Topically: Soak in hot water or overnight. Blend to form a gel. Apply the gel topically to the skin for skin conditions and to ease inflammation.
Caution:
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation.
- Consult your healthcare provider before consuming or applying Sea Moss if you are sensitive or allergic to iodine, suffer from conditions that affect your thyroid, have a medical condition or are currently taking other medication or supplements.
Care Instructions:
- Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry environment and keep away from moisture.
- When soaking/blending Sea Moss to create a gel - keep the gel in the fridge and use it within 3 days.

10/11/2024, By SimOh my goodness! This was so exciting. Instead of a pill, you could actually eat the real seaweed! I must admit, it was not flavorful, just bland. But I was delighted that it was so natural and wholesome. Thank you!
