Sea moss grows in shallow ocean waters and tide pools usually along fairly exposed rocky coasts. Sea Moss is most commonly sourced from the Atlantic coast of Europe and North America. It is also found in the warmer waters of Africa, Asia, South America and in some areas of the Caribbean.
